I work in a restaurant. I`am the chef`s
assistant. the chef is my inmediate boss,
but the resturant is run by a general
manager. there`s very little incentive for the
employees, because the pay is bad and the
work conditions are worse. the restaurant
looks OK in the dining area, but the kitchen
is a awful it`s very small. the chef`s cat lives
there, which i don`t think is very sanitary¡
there is an emergency exit, but usually
blocked whit boxes. if there was a fire we
wouldn`t be able to get out¡ food is always
falling on the floor, so it`s very slippery¡ and
we have to wash our own chef`s unifoms

at night there is no time to dry them, so
they are usually dirty¡ it`s very hard to speak
to the general manager. he doesn`t want to
listen. what should i do? i was unemployed
for six months before i got this job¡

  1. good in these cases what is should do is go to the boss to give a view on the company's wrong and I would say that the salary we pay is very minimal because the conditions in which no work are very good and battle

    1. and also they would say that would provide more uniform as it gets dirty one that has a replacement, and they look for ways to enlarge the kitchen for better and taste work and that would be good because if ay more space would put the boxes elsewhere and so the emergency exit is blocked and no longer also would talk with him and would ask him a little more confidence and time that the fact of being an employee does not mean that one does not have the right to talk about whatever you think.
